Retired Professor of Zoology & Vice-Principal, Sir Theagaraya College, Chennai.
A renowned cartoonist with over 40,000 published works, he was the first Bapu–Ramana Award recipient and a former Film Censor Board member. His original drawings are preserved at Saraswata Niketanam Library, Vetapalem, Andhra Pradesh.
